Easy Remote Data Collection

Often it isn't practical or cost effective to send a Computer Forensic Expert to a location to properly collect data from one laptop or USB hard drive. On the other hand, having a custodian attempt to collect their own data frequently leads to incomplete or worse spoliated collections.

JDA is proud to offer a new remote data collection capability that is no harder to use than going to an online meeting. We will send a USB hard drive to the custodian with return postage and static proof security bag. The custodian simply plugs in the USB hard drive and calls one of our Computer Forensic Experts that takes over the data collection remotely and ensures the job is done properly. When the data collection is complete the custodian seals the USB hard drive in the provided static proof security bag and ships the USB hard drive back. For additional security we offer encryption of all the collected the data with AES-256 encryption.
